Mutant Moving Room
Mutant Moving Room (MMR) is an installation composed by a collection of objects following a (global) path to various cities or neighbourhoods. During its journey the collection is constantly mutating. As the has to be compressed in boxes for storage or in 2 suitcases for the air-travel, some of the objects follow the whole journey, while others complete only part of it. The objects exposed in this curtain present an instance of the MMR at Chicago. MMR discusses relationships of globalization, mobility, adaptation, and the self. It was exhibited in Pilsen, Chicago as part of arch-city-art: 8 architects, 8 origins, 1 city
