Three States of Hors d'Oeuvres

Three States of Hors d’Oeuvres is an installation consisted of four chambers filled with different clouds of vaporized food. Upon arrival, visitors were handed a tray with four different solid and liquid food samples, which they consumed while moving through and breathing in the chambers’ different food clouds. Three States of Hors d’Oeuvres, a collaboration with Prof. David Edwards and The Laboratory at Harvard, was a one-night exhibition-event on October 7, 2010 and attracted over 700 guests.
